Health-Ade Kombucha uses only four organic ingredients: tea, sugar, water and SCOBY. “SCOBY” stands for "Symbiotic Culture Of Bacteria and Yeast," and contains similar probiotic compounds as those found in yogurt. This is also why you may see tiny particles floating in your tea. Those little guys are what ferment the mixture into a delicious drink that is naturally low in sugar, raw, vegan, non-GMO and gluten-free.
